LAB400 Flash Memory Card Labeler
The LAB400 flash memory card labeler can apply labels accurately and quickly to flash memory cards, typically on SD cards, at a rate of up to 6500 pieces per hour. The LAB400 labeler is available either as an SD Card labeler or a Compact Flash Card labeler. Conversion kits are available so that the LAB400 can label other flash memory card formats.
Memory cards or plastic cards such as membership or discount cards are automatically fed from a hopper to the label head, where a pre-printed label is applied with a high level of accuracy. Labelled cards can then be collected in an optional output hopper or upstacker which stacks the labelled cards neatly.
A removable input hopper can accommodate up to approx 300 cards can be refilled without stopping the machine and because it is removable, the input hopper can be loaded with memory cards in advance. Additional input hoppers are also available.
